Welcome to the Christmas Stampede Website christmasstampede.com. These Terms and Conditions Terms govern your access to and use of the Website, ticket purchases, and attendance at the Christmas Stampede event. Please read these Terms Carefully.

 

By accessing or using the Website, purchasing tickets, or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase tickets.

1.Event Organizer

The Christmas Stampede is organized and operated by Mike Leffingwel

2. Ticket Purchases

  • All ticket sales are final and subject to our Refund Policy.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted. You may sell or give your ticket to another person at your own risk. The Company is not responsible for disputes arising from private ticket transfers.

  • Tickets may not be resold for profit without our prior written permission. Unauthorized resale may result in ticket cancellation.

  • We reserve he right to refuse or cancel any ticket purchase at our sole discretion.​

3. Event Admission and Conduct

Admission O the Event iS at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue without refund for reasons including (but not limited to):

 

  • ​ Failure to comply with these Terms

  • Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior

  • Possession of prohibited items

  • Intoxication or Impairment
     

You agree comply with all venue rules, local laws, and instruction from staff and security.

Prohibited Items and Activities
(subject to change):

  • Weapons, illegal substances,outside food/drinks (unless permitted)

  • Unauthorized recording equipment for commercial use

  • Any activity that endangers others or violate the law.

4. Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation

We reserve the right to change the date, time, ocation, or lineup of the Event. In the event of a postponement, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date or you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

 

If the Event is canceled, you will be ligible for a full refund of the ticket purchase price (excluding any processing fees) as outlined in our Refund Policy. We are not responsible
for any additional costs you may incur (travel, lodging, etc.).

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy page for full details. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case ofan official Event cancellation by the organizers

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company is notliable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages rising from your use of the Website, ticket purchase, or attendance at the Event.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket(s). 

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, personal injury (unless caused by our gross negligence), or any issues arising from third-party vendors.

Attendance at the Event is at your own risk. You assume all risks associated with participation, including (but not limited to) injury, illness, or property damage.

9. Privacy
