REFUND POLICY
Ticket Refund Policy Christmas Stampede:
Tickets for the Christmas Stampede are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for any reason related to the ticket holder’s personal circumstances, including (but not limited to):
• Inability to attend due to work schedules
• Illness or health issues
• Travel complications
• Change of plans
• Any other personal reasons
The only exception is if the event is officially canceled by the organizers. In the event of a full cancellation, ticket holders will receive a 100% refund of the original purchase price (excluding any processing or service fees, where applicable). Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 days of the official cancellation announcement.
Ticket Transfers / Resale
If you are unable to attend the Christmas Stampede, you may sell or transfer your tickets to another person. We encourage buyers and sellers to use safe, traceable methods for any private transfers.
Please note that the company is not responsible for any issues arising from private ticket sales or transfers.
