5. Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable except in the rare case that the event is officially canceled by the organizers. Please see our full Refund Policy for details. If you cannot attend, you may sell or transfer your tickets privately.

We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance online. Same-day tickets, if available, will be sold at a higher price and are subject to availability.

Yes! The Christmas Stampede is designed for all ages. It features wholesome Western entertainment and holiday themes suitable for families.

10. What should I wear?
Western attire is encouraged but not required! Dress comfortably for the venue. We recommend layers, as temperatures can vary, and comfortable shoes.

11. Is there parking available?

12. What items are prohibited?
For safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are not permitted: weapons, outside food or drinks, illegal substances, large bags, professional cameras with detachable lenses, drones, and laser pointers. 13. Can I bring food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted. Concessions and holiday-themed refreshments will be available for purchase inside the venue.
14. Are photos and videos allowed?
Personal photos and short videos for non-commercial use are welcome. However, flash photography and professional-grade recording equipment are prohibited during the performance.
Policies & Changes
15. What happens if the event is canceled or postponed?
In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price. If postponed, tickets will be honored for the new date or exchanged for a refund. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation expenses.
16. What is your bad weather policy?
The show will go on rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by venue management or local authorities.
17. I lost my tickets. What should I do?
